So, I am doing two weight loss competitions at the moment. I have done just good enough to not get kicked off one competition, and the other is in week one. It is really hard to get motivated. I am sitting right around 300lbs, and I am a bit out of shape.
So..here is what is getting me going
the little sensor goes in my shoe, and the iphone/ipod keeps track of my distance, calories, times, etc. I think can keep track up all my progress on a nike running website.

anyways, I have run 9.2 miles so far this week, we will see how far I can run!!
